The same person from quote to final tidy up
My name is Sio and I own MJ Landscape. I have spent ten years in the industry, including work with contractors like Fulton Hogan and Downer, and I have run jobs right across the North Island.
That background is civil work, which is why we start below the surface. Excavation, base course and drainage come first. A wall built without drainage behind it, or a lawn laid over ground that was never compacted, will move within a couple of winters. Doing it once, properly, is cheaper than doing it twice.
We are a small outfit on purpose. You get a straight price after we have walked the section, and you deal with me from that first visit through to the final tidy up. No account manager, no handover to a crew you have never met.
